Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific fitness items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure all components, bolts, and accessories are included in the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our warehouse team will inspect the returned equipment within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method immediately after approval.
